Is it cloud?
No. 1Parking is installed on your own server at your premises. There is no cloud subscription and your data stays with you.
Do I need special computers?
No. The stations run on ordinary Windows PCs or tablets with touch screens and on off-the-shelf peripherals: printers, scanners, card readers.
Can I keep the barriers and cameras I have?
Often yes. Tell us what you have and we will tell you what can be reused and what needs to be added.
How do drivers pay?
By card, IRIS included, at the pay station or the desk, or from their phone without an app. At the desk the cashier naturally also takes cash.
What about myDATA?
Every receipt and invoice is transmitted to the tax authority the moment it is issued, with the MARK and the QR printed on it. If the connection drops, the document is still issued and sent automatically when it returns.
What if the server fails?
Optionally a second server is installed and takes over automatically when the first stops answering. In any case, backups are taken every day.
I have two parkings at different addresses.
One installation serves one parking business with as many zones as you need (floors, open-air areas). Separate sites at other addresses get separate installations.
Which languages does it work in?
Greek and English on every screen, for staff and for drivers.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the spots, the entrances and the modules you need. Request a demo and you will receive a specific quote.
What about personal data?
Vehicle photos are deleted automatically after the number of days you set, plates are shown partly hidden on the public pages, and every action by staff is logged.
