Everything a parking business needs, in one system.

From tariffs and passes to barrier control and reports. Start with what you need and add modules later.

Control room

See what is happening now and act from the office.

One screen shows the spaces, the cash desks, every station and every car that is inside.

Free spaces and occupancy
Live per zone, together with the current shift's takings by payment method.
Every station at a glance
Entrance and exit terminals and pay stations, with whether they are connected and how much paper they have left.
The cars that are inside
A list with photo, plate, duration and running charge, with pay and exit buttons next to each vehicle.
A notice on every movement
Every entry and exit, successful or not, pops up for staff with the plate and the reason. If a customer with a debt arrives, an alarm sounds.
One-click fix
When a subscriber is not recognised, staff see the camera photo, pick the right vehicle and let them through.
Barriers from the office
Open, hold open or close any barrier, with a mandatory written reason that is logged and shown in the shift report.
Tickets from a distance
Issue a ticket at any entrance and reprint one at any station, with every reprint recorded.
Zones, signs, banned vehicles
Each zone has its own capacity, hours and prices. Vacancy signs update after every car. Banned vehicles are refused at every entrance.
Greek and Latin plates
“ΙΚΑ-1234” and “IKA 1234” are the same car. If the camera misreads one or two characters of a subscriber's plate, the system finds the closest registered one.

Tariffs

Prices are rules, not a single number.

You build the tariff from simple rules checked in priority order. One example: the first 10 minutes free, €2 for the first 4 hours, €0.50 for every hour after that, capped at €6 a day.

Free first minutes
A grace period at the start of the visit with no charge, as long as you like.
Stepped charges
X euro per N minutes, hours or days, with a different price for the first hour, for hours 4 to 12 and so on.
Daily cap and minimum charge
A maximum amount per day and a minimum charge per visit.
Nights, weekends, holidays
Rules by time of day (including across midnight), by day of the week, by season and for specific dates that repeat every year.
Per zone, vehicle, category and partner
A separate tariff for motorcycles, for the open-air area, for one customer category or for a partner's cars.
Copy with a percentage
Copy a whole tariff to another zone or vehicle type with an adjustment, for example motorcycles at 50%.
Partner volume pricing
The price can depend on how many of the same partner's cars are inside at that moment.
Time to leave after paying
Per zone, for example 20 minutes. Anyone who stays longer is charged from where the previous payment ended.
Prepayment
The cashier can take payment up to a chosen time and sees which rules produced the amount before charging.

Passes

Four kinds of pass, with rules enforced at the barrier.

From the simple monthly pass to entry packs. Whatever the pass does not cover is charged automatically.

Monthly or recurring
With an optional pro-rata first month and alignment to a fixed billing day.
Fixed length
7 or 15 days, 6 or 12 months, whatever fits.
Entry packs
N entries, each with a free re-entry window, for example 24 hours.
Prepaid hours
A bank of hours that is used up. Overtime is charged at the normal tariff.
Guaranteed spaces
A pass can reserve one or more spaces. The same pass can be sold cheaper without a guaranteed space.
Controlled overflow
Extra cars of the same subscriber get in for as long as you allow. If they stay longer, administrators are alerted.
Hours and days
Passes for nights only, weekdays only, or for specific zones and vehicle types. Outside those hours the difference is charged and the exit waits for payment.
Renewals
One by one or in bulk, with one grouped invoice per customer. Automatic renewal if you want it.
Reminders with online renewal
An email before expiry, at the thresholds you set, with a link that renews the pass in one tap.
Debt limits at the barrier
Per customer, by amount, by days or both. Over the limit, the gate stays closed.

Customers and partners

Companies, individuals and partners on one page.

Each customer has their vehicles, cards, passes, documents and movements in one place.

Details from the VAT number
Type the VAT number and the company name, address, tax office and profession are filled in.
Customer ledger
Sales, collections, balance, and the balance on any past date. Collections settle the oldest open documents automatically.
On account and consolidated
Sales on account, collection receipts, and many service notes merged into one invoice at month end.
Company fleets
The tickets of a company's cars are charged to its account.
Partners
Hotels, shops and offices with their own tariff, validation time limit, reserved spaces and billing on account, either at entry or automatically every night.
Validation stations
A pay station can belong to a partner and validate tickets within its limit.
Bulk communication
Email to one or many customers from the system, with a history of what was sent.

Optional modules

Switch on what you need, when you need it.

Modules are enabled per installation without changing anything else.

Bookings
Booking codes with an entry time window, booking groups with a maximum number of cars at once, imports from booking platforms. Pending bookings hold a space in the counter.
Extra services
A catalogue of services such as car wash, with orders and statuses. The car does not leave until they are paid.
Parking spots
Automatic spot assignment at entry (closest to the gate, smallest that fits, by vehicle type), printed on the ticket. Staff can move or swap spots.
Online payments
Ticket payment and pass renewal from the driver's phone.

By phone

The driver pays before reaching the exit.

No app, no sign-up. The page opens on any phone.

Scan or plate
The driver scans the ticket with the phone camera or types part of the plate.
Card payment
Secure card payment with a receipt to download and by email.
Data protection
Plates are shown partly hidden and repeated searches are blocked.
Pass renewal
From the personal link in the reminder email, with a choice of receipt or invoice.
Automatic refunds
When a credit note is issued for an online payment, the refund happens automatically.
The pay-by-phone page, with search by ticket code or plate.

Reports and statistics

What happened today, this month, last year.

Reports produce themselves, and anything you see in a list can be exported.

Shift report
Created automatically when the cashier logs out: user, cash desk, takings by payment method, barrier openings.
Daily report
Every night, with your own day cut-off, archived and emailed to whoever asks for it.
Period reports
For any range, for the whole business or one employee, as PDF, Excel or CSV, with 20 sections: documents per cash desk, length of stay, exits per terminal, customer balances, new customers, occupancy per zone and more.
Statistics
Entries by day, vehicle type, pass type and partner, from today to the whole history. Sales against collections.
Exports and imports
Every list exports to Excel or CSV with a column picker. Customers, vehicles and bookings import from spreadsheets.

Security and accountability

Who did what, and when.

Roles with detailed permissions and a complete history on every record.

Roles and permissions
Super administrator, administrator, cashier and guard, with about 280 individual permissions such as “discount”, “send to myDATA” or “open barrier”.
Change history
Every record shows what changed, by whom and when. Deleted records can be restored.
Activity log
Every action is recorded with its details and whether it succeeded. Kept for two years.
Documents that cannot be deleted
Issued documents are never deleted and their amounts are locked. Corrections go through credit notes.
Personal data
Vehicle photos are deleted automatically after the number of days you set.
Email with history
Every email the system sends is logged and can be resent.
