How a visit to your parking works.
Four moments: entrance, payment, exit, books. The system handles all of them, with staff only where you want them.
Step 1
Entrance
The driver is in within seconds, with a ticket, a card, a booking code or just the number plate.
- One big button
- The casual driver presses the ticket button. The ticket prints, the barrier opens and the screen reminds them to take it along.
- A card for subscribers
- The subscriber taps a card and drives through, no ticket. The system checks that the pass is valid, inside its hours, and that nothing is owed.
- Entry by plate
- With a plate camera, the subscriber is recognised without touching anything. Casual drivers can also enter by plate alone, with or without a printed ticket.
- Booking code
- Anyone with a booking scans its code. Entry is allowed only inside the booking's time window.
- A photo at every entry
- The lane camera photographs every vehicle and the photo is stored with the visit.
- The checks run by themselves
- Full zone, closed zone, banned vehicle, a car that is already inside: the driver sees a clear message on the screen and staff are notified.
- Never two tickets
- A second press within a few seconds returns the same ticket, not a new one.
- A spot on the ticket
- If you use numbered spots, one is assigned automatically and printed on the ticket.
Step 2
Payment
Three ways, none of them with a queue: at the pay station, at the desk or by phone.
- Self-service pay station
- Three steps on the screen: scan the ticket, check and pay, drive out. The driver sees the plate, the entry time, the duration and the amount with VAT.
- No ticket? Use the plate
- Typing three or more characters of the plate, the pay station finds the car. If several match, the driver picks their own.
- Card and IRIS
- The amount is sent to the card terminal automatically. IRIS payments are recognised. If the card is declined, the driver tries again or cancels.
- A receipt at once
- The receipt is issued and printed at the pay station. Optionally it is also emailed.
- At the desk with one key
- The cashier scans the ticket, sees the car and with one key takes the payment and, if wanted, opens the exit.
- By phone
- The driver pays before reaching the exit, with no app and no sign-up.
- If something goes wrong
- If a card is charged but no receipt is issued, administrators are alerted at once with the transaction details so they can put it right.
Step 3
Exit
One move: scan the ticket or tap the card. The barrier opens in about a second.
- Paid? Safe travels
- A paid ticket opens the barrier. The screen wishes a safe trip in Greek and English.
- Free stay, free exit
- If the charge is zero, the car leaves without visiting a pay station. If you want, a zero-value receipt is issued automatically.
- Time to leave
- After paying, the driver has as long as you set per zone to leave. Anyone who is late pays only the difference.
- Exit by plate
- The exit camera reads the plate, finds the ticket, card or booking and opens the barrier.
- Pass rules are enforced
- Charges outside the allowed hours, entries deducted from a pack, prepaid hours running out, customers with a debt: everything is checked at the exit.
- Protection against mistakes
- The same ticket never opens twice, and nobody leaves through a different zone from the one they entered.
Step 4
Books
The document is issued the moment the customer pays, and the accountant finds it ready.
- Receipt or invoice
- Automatically for every payment, at the pay station, the desk or online. By email as a PDF, if you want.
- To myDATA immediately
- Every document is transmitted to the tax authority the moment it is issued, with the MARK and the QR printed on the receipt.
- Reports without effort
- A shift report when the cashier logs out and a daily report every night by email.
- Into the accountant's software
- Documents reach the accounting software you already use, or arrive as daily files.
